The short answerWhen we get something wrong, we fix it in the open. Every material correction is logged on this page with the date, the page it affects and what changed. Small fixes to typos or wording are made without a note. To report an error, use our contact form and we will reply within two working days.

Our policy

Every number we publish is checked against our own data before it goes out. If a number turns out to be wrong, we correct the page, add a dated note at the foot of it and list it below. Ratings also change every week as new results arrive; that is an update, not a correction, and each page shows the date its data runs to.
